Mistarack, Mutated Toa of Lightning

This was a moc that sorta just happened. I was trying to create a moc of ice but i thought the yellow went well together and so this monstrosity was born so back story time:

Mistarack was part of an elite toa team of specialized elements in the lands of Okoto before the toa Mata. One of lightning, one of iron, one of air, one of shadows, one of life force. This toa was brave but had a short temper and was foolish. When lost in the maze of darkness a unknown evil spirit led him to the sword of electricity. this sword was a creation of makuta which even he was scared to use and was effused with a insane conscience on touch.Their minds fused causing Mistarack to be even more stable and when he met with his toa and battled he lost control and killed the toa team and their enemies.Over time his body has mutated and changed in to a horrific form. He now serves it truly with unrivaled loyalty.

Her he is in all his glory:

what is the purpose of the exposed ball sockets, they really detract from the moc

Yellow! Solid torso, though I don’t really see the “mutated” parts". Lower arms are a bit too skinny. Not too sure how well the feet work. Also, I recommend trying to find something besides bone pieces to cover up the inner thighs.

Finally, I recommend setting up a plain backdrop to photograph against. Much less distracting.

It seems too bulky in some places then too skinny in others.

The MOC has some parts of it that look really good, like the torso, even though the blue on it looks out of place. But overall, the MOC doesn’t work very well with stuff like the skinny arms and the open sockets on the legs.

I’d like to see more pictures of this guy, like back shots, side shots, e.t.c. The color scheme is creative, and the torso looks solid, but there’s some questionable stuff going on with his legs…

Pretty cool, but the neck is too long.

The upper chest is a bit wonky, but other than that it’s nice. The yellow and white sorta clashes, though.

the open ball joints were superpose to represent bone peaking out of his skin and the neck and arms were superpose to represent that he was unstable
thanks for all the comments and criticisms and good luck with your next mocs!!!

The neck could be shortened and he seems to have a lack of a head piece to give him eyes.
