Some blacklight photography of Ninjago city, lights up like a Christmas tree,
The glowing holograms and magenta glow of the blacklights really got me thinking of blade runner.

Do those pieces come in the set like that?
Yes, the colors they used are florescent, the same will happen if you shine a blacklight on any Lego set that uses the fluorescent colors in Lego’s inventory.
