I think if it was real he would have a better design than what is shown. It looks more like a down grade compared to the '06 Brutaka.

The armor wasn’t placed as weirdly, and the tubes attached made the upper arms seem bulkier.

You know what, maybe it’d be fun to recreate the Mutated Brutaka with the only picture available. I mean then you could literally have the Mutation Edition of Brutaka. Although it would be hard to tell how to build him especially at the bottom with his lower chest and legs.

Yup. They sold costumes from '04 to '06, if I recall correctly.
