Odd krana prototype?

I got this small krana from a small shop called bricks and wheels in Washington. This was in a bag with 5 other krana and I would really like to know exactly what this is.

This krana is make of solid dark blue plastic and the front of it is painted with dark green paint on about 3/4 of the front. As you can see in the photo it is abou 1/4 size of a standard krana. Please help

edit: no idea why it’s colored that way; my guess is someone painted it.

(The pens also come with mini Mata heads)
