I initially saw this MOC in a YouTube video titled “Best Bionicle MOCs Ever 2” by TitanTahuNuvaReviews (uploaded in 2009). I thought it was cool so I recreated it. The second slide shows the original.
There are some changes I made from the original, most noticeably the head.
If anyone knows the original creator, please let me know so I can give proper credit.
These last 3 slides also showcase a custom painted Miru Nuva by modaltmasks.
That is so sick man! I love Moc history and these sort of “time capsule” builds where we see what were cutting edge techniques and that still hold up.
ooo this is actually a pretty good idea and da moc and ur recreation look great!
The recreation is really good. The painted Mira looks cool, but would look better with a gunmetal moc, rather than silver.
I was thinking of swapping out some silver for brown (because I need the silver Rahkshi heads for Shadowed One), so that may help the painted Miru fit in better.
Ooh this moc looks really cool! The shaping and parts usage are excellent, and I really like the color combo as well! Very nicely done for an older build.
