Old Mocs: from the Freestyle bucket

Oftentimes when I visited family during the summer, I’d mess around with whatever Lego they had, in this case just a pair of the old Freestyle buckets. Still had a lot of fun with it though!

The selection of parts was more geared for simple vehicles and houses and stuff, but I managed to make it work, with a bit of poseability thanks to the hinge pieces.

The back wasn’t quite as finished, but I think I was running low on parts lol

Few years later I tried to do a car with the same parts. Really liked how this one came out.

One loooong boi. Rode smooth on eight wheels.

After some quick research, the two buckets we had were 3027 and 4128.

If you’re ever looking to flex your creative muscles a bit, limiting yourself to just some of the plain Lego buckets can lead to some strange and interesting mocs.

The first one is kinda cool! It’s quite impressive how you managed to make something like that out of a random bucket of bricks.

These remind me of the alt builds and inspiration from the 80s inspiration books. Good idea about the limited part builds-I’ll try it sometime.
