Hey, I just saw that yesterday! They’re selling them as ‘production samples’ but it’s so obvious that they’re just Mocs. It becomes more apparent if you take a look at their other Bionicle listing.

I’ve never heard of anyone having a patent for a design that uses official LEGO pieces. Technically, LEGO could pull the patent card on them.
