Those are little clip-ons to put on your shoes, to make them bionicle shoes.

I have one that I picked up somehow; they’re one piece of plastic, so they’re not compatible with lego.

Here, we have Onewa with a long neck, Toa Vamprah, Lime Kopaka, Gorast (minus a few limbs), and Kirop with a slightly different color scheme.

Also, we have what appears to be a Neo Shifter (or whatever the Megabloks Bionicle rip-off was called) and… I’m not sure what to call the other abomination… “Foot-head”, maybe? At least the seller advertises that they have some missing limbs, though I’m pretty sure they’re missing more than just limbs…
