That’s one tank of a Toa! I don’t usually see such well-armored designs for Toa of Ice.

I like the bell-bottom pants, it works well with the big shoulder pads. Very retro-looking.

This is the first Dorito-shaped Toa I’ve ever seen! Such a striking physic and unique Axon-style foot design. This is the first time I’ve seen cuffs as weapons, but not just any cuffs, ICE CUFFs! Brilliant original MOC this is!
