Pixel Art: Mozu (Dread Fighter Version): Fire Emblem Fates

I’ve been absent from the whole MOCing scene for a while, so before I go back into the meaty designs I’ve got planned (and the cancellation of LTC), I decided to make some pixel art. Feel free to visit MOCpages to download the LDD file and see some updates of what I’m doing. I also accept Fire Emblem Fates castle addresses here in case you want to visit. My castle address is ‘04922-65056 24174-66097’

Also some of these images feature how I put the MOC together and how I achieved my signature ‘layered effect’. You’ll see what I’m talking about if you download the file.

Note: I had so much fun with this that I’ve started on the next one already.

Hopefully hiding a WIP inside an existing MOC will protect it from getting deleted.

I don’t know anything about it, but the pixel art looks good. I think you should move it to the artwork category.

Edit: as I look closer I realize that it is Lego digital designer. Never mind about artwork.

It’s a MOC, with a link to a downloadable file. It could be in both, but I prefer it here. I didn’t create the picture; I merely rebuilt it in LDD.

Wierd to start with Mozu, but this is pretty nice.

Pretty cool.

Nice Mozu.

I started because I just thought so. It’s not a series; it’s just a random thing I wanted to do.[quote=“Hutere_the_Toa_of_Air, post:5, topic:24791, full:true”]

Thanks

Nice job!

looks pretty good, but I feel I should mention that if you press Ctrl and K, Lego Digital Designer will take a screenshot of your work without the sidebar and cursor

Yes, I’m completely aware of this…it’s mentioned every other time I post an LDD MOC. What I do here is a choice, because the command-K function makes a screenshot with a transparent alpha layer. This is good if you want to overlay it over an existing background, however when uploading sometimes it doesn’t work properly, particularly on MOCpages where I post mostly. Sometimes it will have a white background, and others it will be black, because technically there is no background. Besides, I find it more natural this way, as you can see the work I’ve put in. Someone photoshopped an Arceus sprite and said it was LDD when it clearly wasn’t; it was fake. This sort of shows that its real.

Hope I’ve made sense. I’ve gotten a LOT of ‘pro tips’ like yours, and I totally get it.

ah, I see where you’re coming from.

Thanks. I appreciate the understanding. You have no idea how many times I’ve heard this…
