Ever since I saw the adoptables from the Journals in deviantart, I noticed the level of creativity used on the characters. I know that Bionicle went on for 10 years but it came back but the reboot was not my cup of tea although it was a beautiful recreation, so I thought to myself why not make the Bionicle story live on by making custom made Matoran? I mean I need to start somewhere to make business similar to the Traders, such as Defilak, Kokkan, Okoth, or Takua but I am unsure if making a Matoran Adoptable is a good idea or not. I need help from you guys to decide if I should make some fan characters or not based on this poll.

NOTICE: I have closed down this poll because it seems you do not seem to like Adoptables. Want to know the reason as to why I wanted to make adoptables, it is because I wanted to save up. There were ideas I had to making a custom-made matoran adoptables.
E.g., Po-Matoran with Tiger stripes, a Ga-Matoran with Jellyfish patterns, A Ta-Matoran with patterns based on a “Martinique volcano Frog”, a Le-Matoran with Dandelion patterns, an Onu-Matoran with vein patterns based on veins in a cave, etc.
How about drawing and sharing these characters as regular art, not adoptables? I doubt many people are interested in “adopting” the characters, but I’m sure many would enjoy seeing your designs! I (and many others) like the art you’ve made so far, sprinkling in some Bionicle would most definitely be received well.
I don’t think the idea of monetizing a source of content for any fandom ever goes over well with the fans. Just ask EA or Gameloft, or Hasbro… People would be much more inclined to see your art without being asked to buy it. Also, I believe this site has a rule against self-advertising unless one has the rank of Master, so any art topics that attempt to sell the art to others would run the risk of being locked by moderators.

As for what to attempt next, perhaps the creation of new mask designs? I recall your earlier inquiries on instruments, therefore, perhaps a new mask related to that? A mask with the ability to translate any sound into a soothing melody to calm the uneasy mind is something of interest, don’t you think?
