“Once every fifty years, five Protectors from each region are chosen to receive an ‘upgrade’ that enhances their physical and elemental abilities. The name for this stronger version of the Protector varies from region to region. In the Ice region these enhanced Protectors are called Honor Guards, and they are tasked with guarding the village and assisting Kopaka on his missions when requested.”
