Across Bionicle we hear a lot about “Destiny”, how you can transform in Energized Protodermis if you are “Destined” to do so, etc etc- How does this work? Does the EPE decide whether you will be transformed? is it Mata Nui’s programming? Is it random?

We know it isn’t Mata Nui’s programming, because EP was changing things and people beck before the Core War broke out
Much of the MU destiny seems to be decided by Mata Nui but there is also an element of destiny beyond the scope of that technology. I’ve never known where that line was drawn myself.
