I think his is his forth iteration?
Story: Raptor was once a Simple Ba-matoran with dreams of becoming a Garai - bearing Toa just like Hewkii Mahri. This, unfortunately, all came to and end when Makuta approached him and, seeing his great ambition, mutated him into the monster he is now. To this day Raptor has a deep rooted hatred toward Makuta for mutating him (although he has now achieved hi dream of becoming a Toa, but that’s a story for another topic 
)
Status: Turned into a Toa
Weapons: Two elemental graviton blades
Build: The arm construction is fairly simple, the only customization being in the lower arm armour, although minimal. The legs, similarly, are realitvely simple, utilising the longest CCBS bone for the upper leg and a lower leg build inspired by Umarak the Destroyer, all be it with some inventive armour.
The torso build, however, is very much custom. The basic structure is made up of 2 XT-4 [/Spoiler] Or a Protector torso for you Anti-Hero Factory-ists [Spoiler] torsos connected by the short upper leg pieces from G1. A custom shoulder build is built around one and some pistons fixed to the other. The chest is very unorthodox but I personally think it suits him. In a way, it reminds me of Pharah from Overwatch.
As for weapons, simple, identical swords.
