I’ve never played a true Rayman game, but I have played the raving rabids games that spun off from it
I’ve played one or two and it was fun for a while - though kind of stopped playing because it just didnt get me invested even though the games had an interesting story something just didnt click.

mainly 3 and Revolution (which is basically Rayman 2 but way better)
