Red Rock Crab

This little beastie’s been a WIP for a long time. I had to wait until I could get my hands on some of the new technic parts to attach her arms.

Loosely based off the Christmas Island Red Crab.

She carries a frothy clump of her eggs on her back, as she travels towards the sea to release them.

I really like the use of the Jetbug head as the underside of the crab.

Crabs are notoriously smug creatures. Few people know this.

Out of curiosity, what was that chair piece used on the back originally from? Because i found one of those in a big tub of legos i ended up getting and i have no idea what it’s from/used for.
