If they were trolls, such as haloblast or AidenBionicle1, then no.
If they actually contributed to the community, they count as our fallen.
halo and Aiden were taken care of, they did not “fall”.
Although those like @ToaOrrel count, as they did actual stuff

I don’t exactly have a good feeling about this topic, and I do not believe any of the other staff/hosts will support it existing. Sorry, I can just see this going in a lot of bad directions.
