Review of Lego Super Heroes Carnage's SHIELD Sky Attack (76036)

Well, I’m back to review this set with a very long name. It’s a smaller Lego Super heroes set at a price of $12.99 with 97 pieces, and as such is mostly focused on the figures rather than a structure. It contains three Minifigures that we will go over first.

First off, the SHIELD Agent. Not much here, but he is still well detailed and the only figure in the set to have two face options.

He also comes with two accessories that can clip to the sides of the vehicle.

Next up is a Spider Man (Miles Morales). I know little about this character, but it is essentially a normal Spider Man figure with Black and Red as opposed to Blue and Red.

While he has no leg printing, the rest of the detail is solid.

Our next minifigure, and the reason I bought this set to begin with, is the Symbiote Carnage!

The red was a little hard to capture.

He is covered in printing, and utilizes the back assembly of Venom, with four tendril parts mounted on a spinning piece.

If you remove the assembly, there is even more printing.

The detailing on this figure is absolutely amazing, clearly the highlight of the set for most.

This set also contains a clear Super Jumper, but I don’t think there is a need to demonstrate this (as well as the odds that it will damage my figures).

Of course, this set includes a small vehicle build as well.

This time, it’s a SHIELD hovercraft-esque vehicle, designed for a single pilot. All in all, it’s a pretty nice build for the size.

The wings are adjustable, and a single figure will fit into the cockpit (which has a hinged canopy). In addition, there is a hinge at the center of the chassis if you really need it.

Speaking of the cockpit, it has two adjustable “joysticks” that the minifigure really can’t hold onto. It has little other interior detailing. Behind the seat is a small storage compartment for the stud launchers built onto the front of the vehicle.

The rear view doesn’t have much to it besides a single thruster, but looks fine regardless.

Those two clips on the sides are designed for holding the previously mentioned accessories. I should also mention this set utilizes a very small stick sheet that shouldn’t cause too many issues.

All in all, this is a pretty good set. It contains three minifigures; two good but not spectacular, and one amazing. The Carnage figure is incredibly detailed, and definitely makes this set worth it. The vehicle is good too, especially for those looking to increase their SHIELD forces. This set receives a solid 8/10 for me at it’s price point.

I hope you all enjoyed the review and found it helpful! Feel like I missed something? Please mention it!

This is all for me, thanks for reading.

I got this one time, as I’ve said before, it’s amazing for such a small set.
And the Shield Agent is widely regarded as Agent Coulson.

I’m not really into marvel stuff anymore but that Carnage minifig is :ok_hand:

Ever since the Toyfair images of this set, I was instantly attracted to it. The Carnage figure is definitely the highlight of the set, and the main reason I bought it, but the Miles Morales and SHIELD agent were also very well done.

Nice review, maybe I’ll check it out for the figures. Carnage looks pretty nice.
