Rockho's Obligatory BIONICLE MOC Topic

I have quite a lot of Mocs that I would like to share, because pretty much everyone has done moc topics, so yeaaaah…

I’ll start with one of the first Mocs that I made since I was a kid, and kept updating and changing his design over the years.

Baterra Prime

^
(Notice the X-shape that the spikes on his back and lower shins make).

Obligatory back shot

Backstory:

Baterra Prime is a purely mechanical robot made by the Great Beings to lead the Baterra, after realizing that they would attack and kill anyone that carried anything resembling a weapon. Baterra Prime is able to tap into the minds of all Baterra and control them all at once to ensure utmost efficiency, and has the intelligence rivaling that of a supercomputer. He has a distinct hate for the Skrall and will do anything in his power to wipe them off the face of Bara Magna. Unlike the Baterra, he is unable to ■■■■■■■■■■ into liquid metal, but can instead move at blinding speed by reducing the weight of his protodermis makeup. He is also able to temporarily camouflage in his surroundings.

He wields shredder claws and a thick axe-blade.

That looks pretty nice.
I don’t like Inika shoulders on his legs, but otherwise it is pretty good.
Nice work!

This looks pretty okay. My only problem is that the design looks cluttered, and doesn’t exactly flow very well. Otherwise, not bad.

Interesting use of pieces to create that X shape. An unusual concept, to be sure, but this pulls it off quite well. I do feel the torso might suffer a bit because of the pre-made piece used for it.

Really nice weapon, though the colour distribution feels a bit off.

Thanks for the feedback guys!
But now, I think it’s time that I post another Moc…my Self-Moc; Rockho the Dark Hunter Blacksmith/mutated Nynrah Ghost!

^ he wields a welding hammer and a fusion cannon

^ Back shot. Notice the “holsters” on his back that are used to hold the hammer and his screwdriver

Kind of a mishmash of random yellows and reds, but it looks very cool.

Based on the insane amount of feedback I got from my last Moc /s , I though i’d post another one! (I will post more often here now, due to March Break).

Here is the Mutated Kinloka, in all his skeletal glory!

Bonus: Mutated Shadow Leech

Both are cool, but the shadow leech is cooler! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Yep. Remember back in 08, Toa Ignika destroyed the Shadow Leech Hive and caused it to sink into the Swamp of Secrets? Thus, I theorized that there would be hundreds of these mutated Shadow Leeches emerging from the depths of the swamp as a result. I also made mutant Shadow Leech/rock hybrids and will post them on a later date

I love that mutated leach!

Can’t wait to see them!

Remember the Lehvak-Kal that blasted himself to space?

Well, now he’s back as a vengeful inter-dimensional warrior!
Presenting Lehvak-Kal Nebula!

Has waist articulation

Blue plus pins are supposed to be his “eyes”, but he actually sees through the Black Krana on his head

You see that strange shadowy figure on the far right?

Well here he is in set form:

Magmadon, defender of Vulcanus!

Simple but nice looking build IMO

So guys, what do you think?

I think Lehvak Kal is amazing, and Malum is good for a inika build. However, I can’t quite see how it is specifically Lehvak Kal and not just a strange Bohrok cousin, and “Malum” doesn’t really look like Malum, at all. I love how you used the blue pins as a part of the color scheme itself, and based of the model itself, I’ll give 9.5/10. Malum though, seems like something made during a MOCists early years, and not on the same tier as Lehvak Kal at all. He isn’t bad, but not that great either, so I’ll give him a 5/10.

It wasn’t supposed to be Malum, it is the mysterious shadowy figure that you see on the top right hand corner of Malum’s canister. He is;

Anyways, thanks for the feedback, means a lot

Umm. Well… I feel stupid.

Batterra Prime: Pretty nice; I like the use of the Noble Shelek and love the black version of Kopaka’s sword!

Rockho: very nice; I like the color scheme, though the upper body could use more gold, and I especially like how you made that hammer!

Mutant Kinloka: First off, it uses Metru Blue and Lime, my favorite color scheme of all time, so that’s an instant point in its favor; secondly, I love how you utilized the Barraki pincers as ribs. This may be my favorite out of the bunch.

Shadow Leech: Cute!

Lehvak-Kal Nebula: Decent enough, though it honestly doesn’t really look like Lehvak-Kal. I do like how you did the feet, though!

Magmadon: Pretty neat overall, though the Metru-Chests used for hands look kind of awkward IMO.

Overall, these are very nice, and I definitely look forward to more from you!

alright, I’ve just been sitting back here liing posts, time to put my feedback in

Baterra Prime: I like the idea, the color scheme is very nice and I think it just looks good overall

Rockho: Fantastic, I love that fusion canon, my only complaints would be the lack of gold on his upper torso and that his war hammer looks a little basic, other than that he’s awesome

Mutated Kinloka: Looks great, the color scheme is solid, I love what you did with the barraki mandibles as the rib cage, the only “criticism” I would have is the blue pins but even those don’t bug that much, I’m not Eljay

Mutated Shadow Leach: I want an army of those

Lehvak-Kal Nebula: this thing looks crazy-awesome, I like what you did with the blue pins here making it actually part of the color scheme, only problem I have with it is that it’s not green, but I can overlook that

Magmadon: So he’s probably my least favorite, but he’s not bad, he just looks basic, I like his weapon though

Colours feel a bit iffy. Love that weapon!

Pretty quirky, but I love his stature and colours.

The upper legs clash a lot. I like the colours. Great use of those Barraki jaws.

I’ll say it again. That leech is beyond awesome!

I love that head. His shapes and colours flow really well together. Even the blue pins look good!

The use of that KKII hand looks pretty awkward IMO. So do those chest pieces that are used as hands. Also, he doesn’t look intimating enough IMO. Needs more spikes!
