Kota, trying to catch his breath, warms up his own body using his tattoo to try and dry her. He kept her close to his chest, making sure the energy doesn’t flow through his arms and upset Iris.
It’s turns away, “go ahead, I’m not looking.”
Kota nods, tears rolling down his cheeks as he lets the energy flow throughout his body, making himself warmer to try and dry her. “I’m sorry . . . I’m so sorry, my brave little kitten.”
Toko remains unconscious, “perhaps we should let her rest for now.”
“I’m such a terrible person.”
“no you’re not, accidents happen.”
“What kind of person takes a cat on a fishing trip?”

“I mean she wanted to go because fish, and she thought it would be a good time.”
Kota looks at Iris and says, “Hold her for me? I need to get the spear.”
Iris grabs her and begins to stroke her hair.
Kota gets a spear, which had a trout on it. He takes it to the cloth, puts on his backpack, holds the cloth like a bag, and says, “Ready?”
Iris nods as she continues to stroke Toko, and Kota could barely hear purring.
Kota feels a little better and starts heading back to the house. Do you really have to act so dramatic? She knew the risk and she did it anyways. You should be happy she wasn’t so afraid, in fact it seems you were afraid for her.
“she’s adorable, you know that.”
“Yeah, she is.”
“I wonder what she’ll be like when she grows up.”
“Hopefully as well-mannered and with good intentions like she is now.”
“add spastic, and I agree.”
“I prefer to think of her as vibrant.”
Iris laughs, “yeah, that works to.”
