Size matters not…most of the time. 
This is pretty great; especially the most recent update! I really like his head in particular; it’s just refreshingly unique. I agree with Hawkflight on the white Slizer Turbine liftarms on either side of his legs, and am not a fan of that staff in general, but the rest is really nice. Have you measured him to see how tall he is?

Can’t disagree with you there…though I actually removed it because of poor coverage after reconstructing the back.

Whelp, I’ve finally addressed the leg problems, among other things.
I also moved the Slizer parts to the back to thicken shins.

There’s not much that I can say that hasn’t been said before. I suppose the feet seem a tad bit unsubstantial, but that’s really just a nitpick.
Also, I really like his Kusazuri things.
