While not originally made to be a self moc as I’ve tinkered with it over the years it’s become one as I just added to it whatever I would personally find cool.
He looks pretty cool to me.

Thanks, it actually was a separate small build (just the mistika launcher barrel and the grenade launcher style ammo cylinder) I had laying around for about as long as the core of this figure (2014?) but in the self-moc’s most recent modification night before heading to brickfair I decided to give it new weapons so I put on the launcher and added the laser and hand guard.

It seems like Solek got a pretty sweet upgrade to his Toa form

Yeah, the original 2014 version started as a mix of making a toa solek and experimenting with adding onto an inika build before evolving into more of a self moc over the years.
