Oh, I’m totally aware of that. Actually I mentioned it up above. 
Still the only “real” self MOC I ever did. Come to think of it… I did try a few variations, when I rebuilt that one (which are of course also combiners - because that’s the core feature of the MOC):

Self-Moc update… kind of… more like an alternate/additional self-Moc.

Here is my self moc called Darkseid.
Well that version is a bit outdated, I did some minor changes to him.
So right of the bat, no he is not Darkseid from the DCU, he is his own character, why did I call him that?
Well at that moment I didn’t had a Evil God kind of name so I decided to name him Darkseid much easier.
Now if you did click on the link and you saw a brief explanation about him and all, you might see he had a Infinity Gauntlet well that is not cannon since he is a God he doesn’t need that anymore so that is why I changed him a bit.
