Bootleg pieces used include the 4m white shells on the back of his legs, all the lt. blue pieces (articulated hands, lower leg armor, upper arm addons and 3m shells) and the chestplate is from Breakout Nex but with the printing scrubbed off. I am starting to realize just how much I love the breakout chestpiece… I’ve also got a cleaned Stringer and Rocka chestplate.
Anyways, in the end I am very happy with the result and I feel like he has a very cohesive style and design; the only thing I’m not satisfied with is the rifle. The idea was that he would have a tube which attached into the back of his head (and in the poses he has with it, it is) but it makes it incredibly unwieldy because the tube is too short. At some point I might try to rework it but college may not allow me the time to do so.
Looks cool. The name reminds me of Sniper Joe from the Mega Man series, whether that was intentional or not the MOC looks great. The sniper rifle is one of the best parts of the MOC.
Simplistic and gorgeous. I love the color scheme, not to mention that rifle. Backs of the thighs are uncovered, but that’s how CCBS shells work, and I do like the way it makes the front of the legs look. Solid build.
I’m pretty sure he meant greebling, but to be logical, the only greeble that are visually seen is the waist, the CCBS shells alone doesn’t count since-
The color flow pretty well, I think the sniper barrel could be better and the neck isn’t too distracting despite the way it’s connected.
Yeah, the neck is a bit high due to the sheer largeness of the mask. As for the sniper I’m not entirely satisfied with it right now; any ideas on how to change it?
