This is another fanart I made of Snugooi but as a El Tigre parody, the Vaicear Vigilante. He is based on Vaicear, a legendary Lockemon designed by N4ni_N4ni(X)/foongoos_mon(instagram). I will post more art of Snugooi so stay tuned for more.
