In October of 2017, I uploaded an older version of this MOC, it’s about time he got the update he deserves. After staying up until 4 am I compelled myself to get this gold boy up to the point where I can call him done.

So sit back, relax, and enjoy photography skills that have improved but a phone that hasn’t.

I like the aesthetic on the torso, very eastern looking. Would it be possible to spread that kind of look more onto the arms and legs?

Yes? I can take a look into it, and I’m certain at somepoint I tried, but I’m running out of gold bad robot arms so, without a bricklink/local seller order I’d need to use them sparingly.

Spears, staffs and the like get brought up a lot, this is the first time I’ve heard glaive, and you are both completely right. I think I’ll have to make it a reality.

The red and gold really work well to give it a menacing look, I think the lighting worked well for that too, good job!
