Hey, hope you’re having a good day and all. Quick question, most masks seem to have very clear powers and limits, but I’ve always been a bit curious about the Pakari and Kakama. How strong and fast does these masks make the wearer, and is it a constant level no matter who wears the mask, or does the user’s base strength or speed play a role?

We never defined exactly how much of a boost they provided, but it is a consistent boost. If a Mask of Speed gives a +X, then your speed will be your speed +X, regardless of how fast your normal speed is. We purposely didn’t define it so we could have the mask wearers do whatever we needed them to do in story, without being trapped by an earlier definition.
