Death star is 120km across. 120,000 x 3.14 = 376,800m (circumference). 376,800 divided by 1,600 (star destroyer imperial class) = 235.5. So you can 235 going around the death stars middle. That ship is probably still quite far away and you can definitely fit more than 235 of them around the middle using that scale.

First viewing: Mon Mothma?! Those AT-AT’s look fake. Don’t know about this.
Second viewing: Ok, the effects aren’t done, the movie will probably be good.

Especially since the official name for these spin-off series is “Star Wars Anthology.”
I thought they had dropped the Anthology bit and just called it Rouge One: A Star Wars Story. My bad.
I mean it IS taglined as “A Star Wars story” but the name of this series is still “Anthology.”
After ruminating over the trailer, I think it could’ve done better. I’m excited for this movie only because it’s Star Wars. If it were anything else I wouldn’t give this movie a second thought. Also, where are the Bothans!?
Ugh I’m so tired of this same mistake over and over.
Bothans died to get plans for the second death star’s SHIELDS on Endor and how to disable them. Note how this was stated in Return of the Jedi.
That’s completely irrelevant to the first Death Star.
I’m assuming that that one scene where they’re bowing is where Vader comes in.
