So to clarify, is this what happened with the commander:

• found with Quips, Boomstick and Bravebird
• everyone given orders to go to the front of the ship
• the commander says no, and wants to go find the general
• Wannabe is like “you two go I’ll stay with the commander”
• Boomstick and Bravebird are like “sounds good” and Quips ignores Wannabe and leads the way to the other bridge?

I think Bravebird and Quips ignore Wannabe and follow Tesz to the bridge, only Boomstick heads to the front.

In Legacy’s mind, there are only three kinds of “real soldiers”, ‘Runners’ (foot soldiers), ‘Riders’ (AT-RT drivers, speeder bike riders, ect), and ‘Flyers’ (pilots). He doesent count navy officers or tank operators as “real fighters”, instead saying they just push buttons and let targeting computers do their work.

Im letting you guys know I added this so you know what Im talking about when my character calls others by these names

“Oh, right.” She said, stepping to the side and motioning for the others to do the task. Duke rolled his eyes. It was hard to keep track of a whole battalion of clones, but this one, this one he remembered. The loud, tactless one obsessed with explosives. “Surprised to see you here Boomstick,” Duke said while attaching the bandoleer around his chest. “I figured you would’ve run straight in to the explosion, seeing how you love em’ so much.” The captain shook his head as he tossed him some thermal detonators. “Don’t make me regret handing you those.” He added pointedly, with an accusatory finger aimed at Boomstick. “Alright, enough rummaging around. We head to the rendezvous ASAP.” And we’d better not have to wait there.

A thought occurred to me, if Rook found a vibrobrade, does that mean somewhere in the wreckage there’s an unarmed commando droid? And if so, how many of them are with us?

Yeah, this is kinda a lame answer, but I just figured somewhere on the ship there was a collection of some CIS tech for research or something, and Rook just happened to find the blade. As cool as it would be to have commando droids sneaking on the ship, I feel like there isn’t a plausible way they could have sneaked on.

Maybe the ship had some battle droids they were hoping to reprogram and use to infiltrate the Confederate base but one or more of them escaped when the ship was shot down.

So to recap:
Buoy, Saddle, and Graphite are all currently at the front of the ship preparing defences.

Duke, Legacy, Rook, and Boomstick are in the armory and currently headed for the rendezvous point.

Tesz, Bravebird, Wannabee, and Quips are currently descending an elevator shaft in search of General Norr.

Viego Norr is MIA, but more than likely still alive, possibly within close proximity to the right bridge.
