Hmmm, interesting idea. However, Imperial/Rebel mechanics would need to be a fair bit different.
Imperial Commandoes in Legends utilize Katarn armour which features energy shields and advanced HUD systems (which are core elements of the original Republic Commando gameplay).
Rebel commandos on the other hand have almost always been portrayed in simple fatigues (most likely to clearly differentiate them from Stormtroopers).
