It all depends on how you define natural. If you consider Rahi natural, then technically there can be a naturally existing Toa of Shadow

I think he is too slim and he has too many blue pins
I can’t really do anything about the blue pins. They became a staple of bionicle G1. I really wish Lego had made black pin/axles. I could hunt down other colors online, but I don’t have the money to do so right now.
You should try to add more armor to his torso
I’ve gotten that before. It’s something I am definitely going to experiment with.
