That’s a surprisingly great set! One of the very few to feature all 2012 heroes (I think the only other one was the 4-headed dragon set), and the first time I’ve seen the metal-plated mask pieces in dual color in about 4-5 years!

It’s a new version of the mask mold, since the old one’s long-retired.
71866 seems to have been a popular set so far, often being on backorder on LEGO.com. It does help that it comes with 8 minifigures, a few of whom are exclusive…
Lloyd’s Ultra Dragon Battle did have the original 5, but it’s not the only one:

The mainline one wins in hand feel but the studio series crushes it in looks

Mainline is interesting in that it did the proportions slightly closer to the movie with more paint on the figure, but the Studio Series version gets the legs really accurately shaped (the torso is slightly bulkier than in the movie, and the upper arms are a bit off, although that’s more a consequence of the smokestack length). Both are excellent in terms of articulation.
