Yeah. Not with these specific parts, but I once did something similar to the UCS at-at, getting some parts stuck inside a frame.

Actually, I’ve taken this construction apart before. There’s a slot on the Bohrok piece that allows a toothpick to push out the red pin via the little notch in the ends.
Parts without a notch, though… that’s a nightmare. I remember once I had to get my dad to use some of his “fancy” pliers and tweezers to get an axle out of that situation once.
