Well culinary is its own thing, but legal-wise is just wrong. Reality-wise tomatoes are fruit.

The botanical definition of a fruit is the ripened ovary of a flowering plant containing seeds. That is what a tomato is.

Bionicle, except the heroes are all anime heroes from some random Japanese high school who happen to find that they all have some sort of elemental power and fancy metal armor and masks and a bunch of old guys telling them to save some small villages and its the same thing in every season except the stakes are gradually rising (and it feels like this sentence: "…on and on and on, face me! Closer to reality [TV])…
