The only person I can think of who’s likes money and chaos and isn’t Deadpool is Carnage.

The character I’m thinking of has many forms. He seems to always have a plan, and than another plan. He rebels against his creator/s. He usually has a robotic body to hold his councousness, and especially hates a certain group of individuals… Evertime you defeat him he seems to comeback even better than before.
