I live in Texas.
I might go to BrickFiesta, but it is not in San Antonio this year. It is far away (I can’t remember where) so I will probably not go this year.
Unfortunate.
So many “Brickfairs”…
All of the “Brickfairs” are different events organized by the same convention (Brickfair, of course). New England, Virginia, Alabama, New Jersey, off the top of my head.
Same…
I haz no money. And it seems that every Lego convention is too far from where I live.

So I went to Brickfair NE today
Thought I would see @Chro, but he was doin SATs
I leave, my dad and I go to lunch
We’re about to head home, but I want to check again to see if Chro is there
I head back in
Pass a guy in a wheelchair, wearing LoZ beanie and fingerless gloves
Do a double take, looks like a guy I know
but it can’t be him, right?
check the bionicle booth again, still no chro (rip me)
see the wheelchair guy again, wonder if its the guy
nah, it can’t be him, right?
go over one last time to the concessions stands
buy some masks, start walking towards the door
see the wheelchair guy yet again
okay, this guy looks really like him
want to go over to him, but that’s super awkward
pass by him
no, i want to talk to him
turn around
pass by him again
Okay, gonna talk to him for real this time
turn around again
Walk up, say "Hey, is your name @OculusNuva? (i actually just said ted, but it works better for literary purposes) "
