The "Look What I Just Got!" Topic

Do you know that feeling when you just got something awesome and you want to show it to someone, but there's no one nearby?
Well, you are a lucky kohlii-head, because in this topic you can finally show your LEGO related stuff!

There's only one rule:
If you post a photo, you first have to comment on the last photo.

Have fun!

Sadly, the last Lego I got (day before yesterday) turned out not to be Lego, but some bootlegged set or something, to my disappointment.

On Oct. 5th, I went to the toy fair. I got a Borhok Va Tahnok Va for $4, Bohrok Kal Tahnok Tal for $5, Barraki Kalmah for $10, Toa Hordika Whenua for $6, and extra parts to fix up Glatorian Legends Stronius for $1.

Recently a few days ago I got HF Corrider for $7.03 from Canadian Tire.

Nothing! : D

Actually, I got Breez Flea Machine recently. I was frustrated at first with its lack of even numbers of useful parts, but it certainly helped with Toriaze.

A Lego Haul, with something that'll probably drive me nuts for a while, I'm so close to completing... him.

So, my younger brother was on a two-day trip to NC to help his church class pack and (I think) administer Christmas boxes. On the way, they stopped at a restaurant that had a mini discount store inside. Rummaging through a box of random things such as GI Joe figs, books, etc., my bro found something very special.

When he got home today, he opened his backpack, pulled out a crinkling bag and hid it behind his back. When he came forth to show me, this is what he presented me with:

Yes indeedy, my friends - that is a 100% gin-yoo-wine 2001 McToran Matoro - Mint In Sealed Bag. So, without even having to try, I just said goodbye to the old BIONICLE in one of the best ways possible.

Now, the question of the day: should I open it? The bag is already slightly ripped in the corner, so the packaging isn't in perfect shape; but still, what to do?

Woudn't this go here? http://board.ttvpodcast.com/t/the-look-what-i-just-got-topic/3527

Shoot, I should've guessed there was a topic like that already created.

And the rip is so tiny, it's not like any pieces will fall out if I keep it in. The package may not be mint, but the toy inside is.

It's all personal preferance anyway. Just do what ever you want with it.
