With the character of Podor Helmer, who was ultimately not approved, N01 clarified that the city is completely isolated from any and all contact:
N01 also implied that any detail about potential exploration outside of the domed city is a bit of a secretive detail:
So it’s possible, but I wouldn’t assume it for certain.
This is code for it absolutely is but N01 just doesn’t want to confirm it yet

Well, the Likuders leave the dome, although beyond that it’s unclear. So if by leave you mean exit the dome, yeah you can do that, it seems.
Fly away? Not sure that’s even possible, regardless of legality. The secrets behind why the city can float at all have been lost to time, and with that knowledge loss may have gone the tech for making flying vehicles.
Only N01 when he decides to wake up time will tell

Biggest thing is most people don’t have a reason to leave. The Earth’s resources are ‘used up’, to the degree that all of humanity ran away to live in flying cities. Which raises a lot of questions about how they get resources to repair things, as well as food, water, fabric materials, paper, etc. but I suppose those’ll be answered in rp. I hope.
As for the other cities, contact has been lost for so long that there’s no telling if they even exist anymore.

One quick question, how deep into the timeline of the RP does the prologue take place? Have characters gotten to know each other more or less at this point? Have they died before in previous time resets?
Ari’s characterisation in the events of the prologue is going to rely heavily on that information

As far as the group is aware this is their first time meeting each other, however Y’all were able to recognize that these people are vaguely familiar to you prior to meeting them.
You can only assume at this point from brief flashes of memory you have, you’re only point of reference is the number 3 scarred on your hand
