It’ll be 2023 in a few hours so I thought I’d end the year on a high note with some builds I’ve been working on for a few weeks that I’m very proud of
have some pirates
oh and some Monopoly Lore™
Foxglove, the eel
Foxglove is the undisputed captain of the Marauders and carries her position with pride. Foxglove isn’t her actual name; she just likes how the word sounds. She’s extremely hot-tempered and absolutely will viciously assault anyone who irritates her. Try complementing her and you’ll get a spiked boot to the face. Despite this, she is still very protective of her crew as they’re pretty much the only people she can stand.
Foxglove always covers herself in weapons in anticipation of the likely event that someone annoys her - most of the time she’ll whip out her pistol and shoot them in the leg a few times. The more annoyed she is, the higher up the body she tends to shoot.
If she’s feeling particularly irritated, she’s more prone to just bringing out her sword. A good beheading usually shuts people up.
Of course, neither of these weapons compare to her absolute favourite choice, her giant and ridiculously edgy scythe, Soulstealer. Its absurd size makes it a bit of a pain to carry around casually, so she doesn’t take it along with her that often. However, whenever she does, she’s almost guaranteed to use it at any chance she gets.
Clyde, the shark
Clyde is the Marauders’ first mate and marksman. He’s especially close to Foxglove, and seems to be the only person capable of calming her down. In contrast to Foxglove’s excessive arsenal, Clyde carries very little equipment at all, usually wielding just a single laser rifle. He’s an extremely good shot with it, however, and when using it can hit practically any target. Bizarrely, he is a notoriously terrible aim when using literally any other firearm. Luckily he’s also extremely strong, so he can usually hold his own if disarmed.
Randolph, the crab
Randolph is probably the smartest of all the Marauders, and as such he acts as their tactician. He’s also the owner of their ship, making him an invaluable member of the crew. In addition to his high intelligence, his endurance is through the roof, with his entire body being insanely durable and able to tank hundreds of attacks. His shell is tougher still, being practically indestructible.
Randolph’s body gives off a bioluminescent glow, helpful for lighting when he’s working late on repairs to the ship.
Cynthia, the squid
Unlike all her fellow Marauders, Cynthia doesn’t really care about piracy that much, she’s just along for the ride. She loves travelling and exploring, and just felt like joining a pirate gang seemed the best way of going about that. She’s incredibly nimble and acrobatic, thanks in part to her numerous extra appendages and flexible body. Randolph gave her a Shock Staff upon joining the crew, able to shoot devastating electric blasts, but she hasn’t properly figured out how to use it just yet and mainly just uses it whenever the ship’s electrical system is acting up. She’s also incredibly fond of her scarf for the sole reason that she can use it as a portable pillow for long journeys.
so there they all are
I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them
