Mario Valentine Released from Prison

Prolific gangster Mario Valentine was released from prison this last week after his bail was paid off by an anonymous benefactor. The Portland Judiciary has decided to keep anonymity of the mysterious donor. The District Attorney’s office has released a press statement on the matter of the notorious gangster’s release.
“Valentine will still be under heavy judicial scrutiny,” district attorney Jude Eshell told K-Intune. “Though he is released on bail, it was on conditions of good behavior. If he cannot continue to behave, the full extent of the law will come on him and give him a worse sentence.”
Currently Mario Valentine has returned to his private flat where he has returned to his family dealings. Police are also aware that two of his previous cohorts, the brothers Joe and Russo Marino, have also escaped prison and their whereabouts are currently unknown. Detective McGee of the Portland Police Department has been grilling their previous gang member, Robert Poppins, now calling himself the supervillain “Black Blast” about how they escaped. Poppins has not been cooperating with police.
