Sucks that BIONICLE didn’t get any cool theme songs during the G2 era. Nexo Knights show that LEGO theme songs are still a thing;
Interesting that they don’t(didn’t?) use the actual chorus for the series’ theme like they did with Chima and Ninjago’s stuff.
True, it could just be a form of rebranding the ultimate sets or something similar. However I’ve always felt the Nexo Knights were intended to eventually get a form of action figure style set whether that be in CCBS or a potentially new system.
Pretty much this vibe is what I’m getting also. I think the rock monster is probably a new form of ‘boss minion’ for Jestro.

I wonder if the ‘Nexo Power’ colour will stay trans-orange, or if they will change it to another trans colour to represent an “upgrade”. That could be quite a cool way to distinguish between years as well.
it would most likely be still orange, given how Merlok 2.0 is orange and the nexo powers are just digital versions of his spells. That is unless he gets an upgrade into a new form.

I’m looking forward to seeing what 2017 has in store. The “Action” sets that had their names leaked a day or two seem promising. Either we’ll get a new spin on Ultimates, or we might even get to see some constraction figures out of this line.

The Cartoon Network website says they have the “full” 1st episode of series 2, but when I click on it it’s only a teaser. Can anyone help?

Just a quick funny moment: I was walking through Times Square last night, and then a LEGO store appeared. It was closed, but I looked in the window and saw the new NEXO Knights.

I’d go for one of the wave 1 sets.
The wave two sets, while amazing, are a bit expensive for a starting set.

Both look really solid IMO
The only thing I dislike is how they’re really just standalone sets, as they’re both one or two person vehicles that are character specific (obviously, this doesn’t make them bad sets, just not as versatile as the Rumble Blade is to me).
