There’s a questionable amount of wrinkles in his suit there. Man must’ve gotten one a couple sizes too large; poor guy’s been living practically on the street with how little valid work DC’s been giving him

Haha I used a photo of myself in a leather jacket as refference, seems I didnt do enough to change the look of it. We’ll go with the rumpled street-living explanation😆
