I have created the smallest Bionicle ever! He just a little guy, hahahaha. Sort of cute, a little bite?
Perhaps he is related to Dr. Cesar… who can say?
Also, I took the advice of people on my last post and fixed Dr. Cesars neck, thank you so much every one.
Well, this is certainly one of the smallest Bionicle mocs of all time, but he’s also kinda… there. Not much to him; just a head with stubby immobile limbs.
Perhaps a followup moc could envision a method of transportation for the little fellow?

Cute, though some mode of ambulation might be appreciated (likely connected to the Mixel joints for the arms and the ball joints for the legs).
Dr. Cesar looks to be caring for him like a child; could they be related? Is Dr. Cesar kidnapping him? What kind of relationship do they have? I have so many questions!
