The Wild Toa

As far as i know, @wild_toa has no self-moc. And i like making people who lack a self-moc. So i… did that.

Obviously, wild’s current avatar is a kakama, so this was a must. But, as fellow old dinosaurs may know, Wild’s avatar was once this:

The firey aesthetic needed to be implemented, and i wanted it to resemble a Toa who was, well, wild–perhaps he’s lived alone in the woods too long.

Disclaimer: I am NOT taking requests. I’ve seen the burnout other users who take self-moc requests have suffered, i don’t like making mocs out of obligation (barring rare exceptions like TTV Secret Santa), and i don’t want to wind up making a promise i don’t fulfill.

I am, however, always taking feedback. As usual, any comments, criticisms, critiques, complaints, and cobras are welcome!

I love this MOC. It is nice seeing a MOC using so many of those 1.0 HF spike pieces! They look so much like fire and are so fitting for this MOC. I also love the use of other fire elements along with those HF parts, such as the fire swords and Chima Ultrabuilds flame parts. Because they are all the same marbled color, they make this MOC feel unified and cohesive in design. NPU on the chest, too! I never thought that those Mistika wing/fin elements would look so good doubled up as chest armor. Great work! :+1:

This is a very cool MOC. I like how you pressed both of @wild_toa’s profile pictures together. Looks pretty cool!

Great job and keep up the good work! :+1:

this is super cool! Im a bit surprised that old pfp is remembered so well (because of BoR?), but I love seeing the old and new taken into account.

I actually had a few ideas for making a moc based on BoR wild (though still not a proper self moc), but I never got around to getting the parts Id need
