Time-Crawler Nidhiki by Sargos

What IF Nidhiki seized the mask of time for himself during the events in Legends of Metru-Nui? Your Nidhiki has evolved!

The torso build is unique and created by me, at least, I never seen other MOCs do something simmilar, If you did then let me know in the comments!
The piculiar thing about this build is that studio shows it as impossible with 4 axle connectors, but building it in physical is perfectly possible, I recommend using a leg double-socket with poor friction, so it wouldn’t be a big deal to put the stress on as the building technique is illegal.

And of course he can do the flying configuration thanks to the articulated torso.

Very cool looking, I take it the goal was to make something which could be built with real pieces?

Yeah, I tried to stick to the existing parts in his case. The dark green rahkshi shell can be found in this viking set

How can one attach the mask. Also I’d like instructions if possible

It’s not that complex of a connection.

As for instructions, I mentioned that studio doesn’t want to aknowlege the torso build (where shoulder connection is) as possible.

That looks really cool. The sheer amount of detail is awesome.

This is a gorgeous build. Love the new claws, the new torso, the way the Vahi attaches to the head.
The only thing that is off is the Piraka armor on the shoulder seems to be a different shade of gold than the rest, could be the render settings but it looks brighter. So does the hordika foot but I know you wanted it to only use parts that exist though so it can actually be built so it’s all good

I’m gonna try and reverse engineer it

Hmm, If you guarantee that you’ll build it and send me some photos, I’ll make instructions for ya, deal?

Okay.

I’ll also make some photos of the pysical build to highlight the torso technique that studio doesn’t want to acknowlege, so bear with me.

See if you can build the torso and if you’re satisfyed how it holds together

Where’d you get the saw blades?

From dream-builders/masters of disaister sets, I’d say it’s the best piece you can get from them, it’s fairly sturdy and compatable with standart pins.

huh an interesting concept.

Time crawls when you’re… uh… Nidhiki… never mind…

Cool concept and cool build. I didn’t realize I could like the combination of gold and dark green so much.
