Good design. The Axes are the better weapons and would be my weapon of choice for her. The hero factory legs are really good for this too.
I would never guns on a female with a element that is made for fast agile combat like water or air.
Since it is a revamp i’d use two blue leg pieces.
The Mistika/Phantoka concept was great for returning heroes. But their poor designs, messing up their colors and overuse of silver/grey was bad when they were made.
