Tried to experiment with how I might build other Toa of Lightcwhile trying to keep them distinct from my Gavla moc. Here’s an alternate Takanuva above with the medium height torso.
Here’s Photok with his Kakama and the shorter torso build.
And here’s my take on Radiak. I found on the Wiki that he had a Hau, so I’m using Lhikans and the taller torso length.
I tried to keep them as white at possible, which made me realize I need more white pieces. I’m also unsure on if a Toa of light can make a Toa stone for other av-matoran. It’s sounds possible, but what do you think?
If they all need the Avohkii to transform, then I’m sure it can be passed around like the Autobot Matrix of Leadership.

Any Toa can make Toa stones that work for any element. The Avohkii was charged with Toa power, that’s why it transformed Takua. Unless you’re referring to a metric you developed for your world, but if you’re asking for canon info, that should open up a bit of wiggle room for you.
I will always love the classic Metru look but in this case I really like the one with Metruan armor. Makes him look heroic
