No it’s an AU version of Cordax.
I did not see the XT4 heads until @anon55031085 pointed them out. I like how you integrated them into the torso.

Okay so this is the best way to use XT4 heads ever.
Very nice guy, has some urban feel to him. Lower arms are somewhat thin/simple though.
