Toa Phanto Legacy version
Toa Phanto is a very old character of mine and after many versions and revamps, this is the last version.
In my story, he was toa of fire shifting thru time after coming in contact with the mask of time. He would eventually be able to control this with a small gear mounted on his shoulder and essentially be the protector of time.
This character was originally just a contest entry but grew to be so much more. Phanto started out with a white and dark red color scheme but after looking at every version of him I decided to go with this grey, tan, dark red and black color scheme
