I really like this build; the shaping is done very well, the feet are very distinct, and the purist mask is really cool. Is it meant to be any specific existing mask?
I also like the staff. As simple as it is, the chains on the end are a fun, unique design choice.

not really, the shape was more motivated by what parts were available than trying to emulate anything else
It could still stand as a reference for some of those insane modelers out there; it looks cool.
